Archivio Lunare

What we keep, and why.

Archivio Lunare is a project of Rencix SIA, Latvia, and the data controller for this site. Version 1, 18 October 2026.

The free ring.

When you write someone in, we keep the record you typed: her name, year and place of birth, where she lived, her work, her line, her story, your name, your relationship to her, and your email if you ask for the certificate. We keep it to cut the entry into Disc I and to send you the certificate. Until the disc is made we delete it on request to privacy@archiviolunare.com; once it is cut in nickel it cannot be removed, which you agree to when you tick the box.

A section.

When you buy a section, Stripe handles the payment and we never see the card. We keep your name, email and the order, and later the recordings and the book, for as long as the section exists, because they are the section.

Measurement.

The site keeps a short log of visits and a hashed address against abuse, for thirty days. With your consent under your browser’s settings, a Meta pixel tells Meta that an ad led to a visit or an entry, so we can tell which ads work; it sends no story and no name.

Your rights.

You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted where the law allows, at privacy@archiviolunare.com. You can complain to the Latvian Data State Inspectorate.
